Hi! I’m Tarah, a registered nurse and nursing instructor.
For over 10 years, I’ve dedicated my career to caring for others and educating the next generation of nurses. As a nursing instructor, I have the privilege of teaching future nurses not only the skills they need to succeed, but also the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care. That same passion for helping people is what inspired me to bring IV hydration and wellness services to our small community.
I’ve always believed that healthcare should be about more than treating illness—it should also focus on helping people feel their absolute best. Life gets busy, and it’s easy to put your own health on the back burner. Whether you’re recovering from illness, feeling run down, struggling with dehydration, preparing for a special event, looking for an energy boost, or simply wanting to prioritize your wellness, I’m here to help you feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on whatever life has in store.

When I’m not teaching or helping clients feel their best, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our two children, cheering from the sidelines at their activities, or enjoying life in our small-town community.
